Responsibilities include: Facilitate & coordinate Partner Assault Response (PAR) group programs for partner abuse response. Competence in brief therapy, family & couples counselling, cognitive counselling approaches & group facilitation. Training in cognitive/behavioural approaches, addiction & mental health issues & approaches are desired. Strong communication skills & understanding of various learning styles & how to meet those needs. Experience engaging & working with the various diverse communities. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills. Ability to work evenings / week- ends. Excellent oral & written command of the English language. Ability to work in various locations throughout the Peel, if required. Proficiency in MS Word, Power. Point & Excel. Additional language(s) an asset.
